Endourology Treatment :
TransUrethral Surgery has been the cornerstone of Endourology. Most of urinary tract can be reached via the urethra enabling the prostate surgery, surgery of tumours of urothelium, stone surgery and simple urethral and ureteral procedures.
Recently, the addition of Laparoscopy and Robotics has further subdivided this branch of Urology.

- TUIP – Trans urethral incision of prostate.
2. For Stones
- CLT – Cystolithotripsy- for bladder stones
- URS – Uretero-renoscopy-for ureteric stones
- PCNL – Percutaneous nephrolithotomy – for kidney stones.
3. For obstruction
- CLT – Cystolithotripsy- for bladder stones
- DVIU – Direct visual internal urethrotomy – for stricture urethra
4. For Malignancy
- T.U.R.B.T – Trans urethral resection of bladder tumor
5. For Diagnostic
- T.U.R.B.T – Trans urethral resection of bladder tumor
C.P.E – Cystopanendoscopy for
- (a) hematuria
- (b) rupture urethra
- (c) for malignancy
